Curriculum
The Program includes a retreat, ten (10) one day class sessions and a class project.
RETREAT
A two (2) day retreat (overnight) designed for class members to get to know each other. The retreat includes teambuilding exercises and selection of class officers.

- Perception is Reality
- Education
- Arts and Culture
- Criminal Justice and the Courts
- Land Use and our Environment
- Health Care
- Human Services
- Economic Vitality
- Agriculture
Each of the above topics is a one day class session, generally held on the last Thursday of the month, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
CLASS PROJECT & MEETINGS
The topic, scope and nature of the class project is selected by the class. Class meetings are used to select and to work on the class project. Class meetings take place outside the regular class day.
FOUR SPHERES
It is important that class members understand the Four Spheres and how they relate to all segments of the community. Each class day includes a small presentation making the connection between the Four Spheres and the curriculum of that class day. Use the link below to view the Four Spheres.
